Terms of service
- The customer has the right to cancel this sales order within 48 hours from the time of order placement without giving any reason, subject that the order has not yet been shipped.
- Please send your request for approval of cancellation of sales order to: dba@dblueasia.com
- For duly approved order cancellations we will reimburse all payments received from you within 7 working days. A deduction for handling fees may occur in the case where goods were already picked/packed at the warehouse.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such a case please go to the "RETURN" section.
